The QR code and Flyer reminders in the mail to renew my insurance made it easy to renew. The phone agent was very helpful and checked for me how to get my cosmetology trade discount. Easy Renewal process. I was having a hard time online and the customer service rep was patient, knowledgeable and walked me thru the process. Easy sign up and checkout, and very reasonable prices especially for small businesses!
