Auto insurance...went with progressive. Had a billing problem. Billing me when I had a credit balance. The agent was called twice about it and didn't do anything. So I cxld with her. Called progressive directly a week later to be sure and its not cancelled. I will never do business with them again. Bad experience.
West Coast Is Toast! Year after year the Inverness office will not return my one call a year. I just arranged to transfer my homeowners policy to the Hagar Group after waiting four days for a return call...which never came.
