Their failure of communication was horrendous. To lower my premiums, I had a new roof put on my house. I sent in the wind mitigation report - never heard from my agent, 3 weeks later I called to follow up with her, I was told that I did not sign the report. I questioned her as to why she never contacted to let me know. She could not give me a reason. Finally 2 months later I receive a revised premium that was $1,000 less then I was paying. I was happy about that until I realized the revised premium would not go into effect until August- 5 months later. If the revised premium went into effect immediately I would receive a little over a $900 refund. Through this whole process she never once called me, what little communication was done was through email. Needless to say I have canc

HUGE shout out to Ashley Pollard for EXCELLENT customer service! I was in a huge jam and not only was she efficient in helping solve the issue (no fault on them) she also showed empathy. Within 6 hours the issue was resolved. Thank you Ashley, I appreciate your help more than you know!
