I found myself in a very strange situation with another agent and after speaking with Joe, we were able to create a plan to get me through the situation that another agent from a different office had started. Joe was impressive with his willingness to jump right on top of my complicated problem and get it taken care of. I would recommend calling Joe at the Inverness office for all your insuring needs! Not only is he kind and caring, but he is efficient and timely!!!

I have sign my new car insurance with State Farm at the office of Chuck Everidge, I was helped first by Joe very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, he worked my insurance and gave me a very good price! After I called the office to ask for some help with my Id cards, Megan was able to help immediately to solve the issue that I have and one week later she text me to let me know the app was all set for me to see my ID cards on the app, I was surprise and amaze that she was still on top of my issue. She didn’t forget about my request and even took the time to send me a text to let me know is.was taken care off. Hats off for the amazing customer service I received from this two wonderful persons! Thank you very much !!
