I had forgotten to send in proof of existing insurance when I got insurance through direct Auto. But thanks to Amanda Butler for helping me. My payment is back down to a manageable price, and when it will be automatically pulled was also moved, so my insurance payment didn't effect any other bills I have coming in. I have to say actually being able to talk to Amanda instead of that automated service madey life a lot easier.
