They moved their office and didn’t inform anyone who doesn’t receive email. I called to cancel my insurance and they say you can’t leave a message to change your policy or cancel in anyway. They have answered the phone twice when I have called in 18 months! Typically it always rolls to an answering machine. Seldom do they return calls! Often the business is closed during normal business hours. I moved my insurance to a different company because of their terrible service. I tried to let them know but they didn’t return my calls. I assumed they would get the message when I didn’t make my payment since they weren’t in the office when I went to advise them I was leaving and why and the failed to return my phone calls.
