Very good service! They never put me on hold and made me feel like I they were genuinely there to help me. Also, I only had to talk to one person besides getting transferred to 3 people before somebody could help me.
Customer service is outstanding. That is hard to find anymore. Definitely recommend, they will explain coverages to you and walk you thru the whole process.
We love Morton-Burdette Ins. Group! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always so wonderful every time! My husband and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences throughout the years of having Nationwide and Elizabeth as our agent. We highly suggest them for your insurance needs!
I have had insurance through this company (Division Street location) since I’ve had my car and have always received the nicest customer service you could ask for with people who really care for customers! Would recommend!
