I've been with Kiger Insurance for a few years now. I'm on auto pay and (thankfully) just haven't had to interact with this office much. Yesterday I decided to just call and touch base about the two insurance plans my husband and I carry. I didn't expect what amazing service I received. I interacted with two people and they were both so kind and helpful and most important to me.. my call was returned promptly and they did exactly what they told me they would do and that means so much to my husband and I. Throughout the entire process! I haven't even got to the best part yet which was my pretty substantial savings they found me!!
