Let me just say this has been the worst year for state farm for us. They have been slow to the roll for a car accident. The receptionists tell us one thing then back track and tell us they never said that. State Farm has sent us an insurance card for a new car that was already expired. Sent us a new one with wrong information. Finally got another that was fine. We got a bill for 2 new cars that 1 just showed up out of thin air. Vin didn’t register to any car that we own. That was terrible to fix. Then we got sent a refund in the mail that they are now saying we owe back. Said we owed $0 for November and now saying we do owe that. They are absolutely terrible to work with. I’m seriously considering changing insurance agency’s. They will not work with us on anything.

Really pleased with State Farm’s Customer Service. Agents are very helpful and thoughtful on questions needed clarification. Appreciate filling important as a customer at State Farm.
