If I could give this insurance company a zero I would. They back track all the treatment I've done just because I had one possible issue with a treatment that might be work related. Now all the previous issue I have that has nothing related to prior treatment has been canceled. They went back as far as 5 years. Stay as far away from this insurance as possible. I've given them all the documents about said case they said everything will be fine now I keep getting non related bills back track.

Idk who this new management is but Unicare isn’t Well Point they are the worse insurance company stay away stay away. They back track multiple insurance approved health related treatments as far as 6 years. Im paying high premiums just to find out six years later the treatment isn’t approved after being approved before years ago. Now im getting bills in the mail for treatment I forgot about. Run as far as you can from them.

One of the worst insurance company I have ever had I was in the hospital bed waiting to go to O.R. and never had my surgery for that day because they never sent my authorization for my lung cancer suegery the today said that I cannot have my iron infusions which I already had 1. I will get rid of this insurance as soon as possible. They definitely don't care about people.

Ohmygod! Customer service is horrible. I legit called and asked if my PCP was in their system and what tier. Took them 25 minutes to find their own list, I was waiting twice while the mouth breather on the phone "looked at another list", and then they could not tell what her tier was (he put me on hold for that search) and when he couldn't find their own records, he said he was pretty sure the provider defaulted to tier 2. My favorite phrase from my insurance company representative is "pretty sure". Then asked if my kids' pediatrician was covered took him another 5 minutes. He knew that providers' tier so.... win? Meanwhile their website showed 5 PCP total for my entire county. The health system is broken. Don't get me started on CVS and Care Mark.

This is the worst user friendly service i have ever used. Try logging in and says user/password arent right. Reset password and attempt again and same thing. Try reregistering and same shit. Click on support help and nothing. Try look for provider and nothing 30 miles. It changes to 50 miles and only get Boston drs. Unicare used to work. Garanteeded my message will only be viewed by AI and nothing will happen. If i call it will be computer prompts then say hold (1 hr +)?? Anthem must have this co also like unicare was anthem that is another story about dropping anthem and keeping unicare. I called anthem to make sure they knew that they knew my primary ins would be unicare, which is anthem. Called unicare to find out why primary wasnt unicare.
