Cindy Moore saved me lots money on my homeowners and car insurance when I switched insurance agents. Several months later I received a check in the mail from my mortgage company for the extra money from my escrow account due to my homeowners insurance rate decreasing. The mortgage company also notified me of my new LOWER mortgage payment from the reduced homeowners insurance rate. Cindy is the BEST!!

Amazing company! My insurance agent Cindy Moore alerted me last week that she had reviewed my auto policy and that if I switched insurance companies that I could save almost 700.00!! Now I have had insurance for many years and this has never been offered to me. I just think Cindys' customer service is amazing. Does your Insurance company do that??

Patty Dietz has taken terrific care of us! We have had our small business insurance, including a crime bond, through Samel for 7 years now. They have always been responsive and efficient and really take the time to explain the complicated policies that we have needed to meet vendor requirements.
