Purchased an extended warranty with my vehicle from Adam’s Auto Sales in Illinois last year and I used this warranty twice “MileEdgePlus” by Warren tech smooth claim process and repairs done in timely manner and my go to shop is happy with them. After the claim was filed they reached out to me to see if I’ll be in need of a rental vehicle. Nothing out of Pocket other than my deductible which was nothing compared to my total bill they took care of.

Horrible conpany! Do not purchase warranty with them. These people contract with Brandsmart and their offshore employees are LOST with poor training. My dryer has been checked/serviced 8 times which means, ive had to take time off from work 8 time and still waiting for them to come and fix it. Completely unacceptable mechanics,customer service and management. At this point, they just keeps changing parts to see which one will fix the issue. We need to get together for a class action suit on this company and poor service being provided!

One star is too good for this company! Think again before you use Warrantech or Amynta Group for warranty coverage. They deny claims if you have any connections whatsoever with Law Enforcement, Fire or EMS. That says a whole lot about what kind of a company it is. If you support emergency service, contact Warrantech / Amynta Group and tell them how despicable this is.

What a company. BUYER BEWARE. I don’t think they know what customer service means. The one thing they do very well is delay, delay, delay. Either the staff that work there have no responsibility or authority to make things happen, or they are so indoctrinated into the company priority of, string people along until they give up, or there’s no other option than to reimburse. I first contacted the company on October 23, 2023. After 21 phone calls and 39 emails, I was finally reassured my claim was being processed and I would be reimbursed for part of the repair expenses. I truly believe the only reason this happened was my suggestion of calling the local TV station, that has a crime reporter, who loves to support customers being taken advantage by deceptive companies. Two months three weeks into trying to get the engine repaired. Four engines have been sent to replace. None of them could be used for different reasons. One was for a standard car, one had a cracked block, one was striped and so on etc. Plus we had to pay the difference for the rental car. Now over $300 and the car is laying in pieces at the garage. No customer service, delays, no return calls ETC.
