Kristie Polk - State Farm Insurance Agent

Kristie is awesome! I got a great price on insurance with her then 2 months later my car got a bunch of hail damage and she helped me with my claim super fast. It was $14k to fix my car and I had paid State Farm all of $300 so far. I thought for sure Kristie would dump me but she has stuck with me. Probably to get a better return on investment. But still she was very helpful in the process and communities extremely well with her customers. I don’t even have to sing the “like a good neighbor State Farm is there” jingle to contact her.

This review is long overdue! Since transitioning to State Farm insurance, Kelsey and Kristie have consistently been helpful by responding quickly and resolving matters promptly. Being able to communicate with someone quickly is very important to me, and having agents who do this well truly makes a difference.
