Madame made my day today! She was kind, knowledgeable and had a smile on her face! I originally had called and spoke to someone who acted like they just woke up from a nap. So I decided to go into the office instead of talking to someone on the phone. I am so thankful that I did because I was ready to cancel my policy! Madame was able to cut my Premium in half! Spoke with Gabriel Menchaca and he is fantastic. He deserves 5 starts. The only reason I’m not giving 5 star is we asked for a car to be removed in Dec 2023 and only now (approx 1.5yrs later) are being told it was just suspended not removed and that is why our premium has been so high. Going to work on getting this fixed. Gabriel is helping me get it fixed, he was not involved back 1.5 years ago
