I was hit while driving on the road on a Saturday and could not report it because they are closed Saturdays and Sundays. What if something serious happens to me on a weekend!? All I would get is a "call back during business hours! 🤡" IT SHOULD HAVE 24/7 SUPPORT!!!! 😡

If I could give a negative 5 stars i would. I was hit by your insured. He and I both spoke with the adjuster Jessica Porras. She was rude to both of us. She was told by your insured (Hector Morales Jr) and myself (Kioshyi Moses) that it was his fault. The insured and myself work together and he was texting while driving. He was not on his side of the main drive in the parking lot and I was already backed all the way out. He did not see me and hit the back driver side bumper and knocked my entire bumper off. The adjuster is saying that the damage should've been on the side and not on the back. This is not true.
