Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the insurance industry and able to find the best solutions for you, she goes above and beyond for her clients. I have had Cindy take care of my insurance for years and she have never steered me in the wrong direction.
Rep didn't respond to my emails in a timely manner. Sent to collections without my previous knowledge. It was because the court didn't follow through. Correspondences were about making payment. Didn't feel like a valued customer. I would switch if the courts allowed it.
Ed Kellam is a great agent. Highly recommend!!
