I had an outstanding experience working with Bernice today while securing insurance coverage for my new vehicle. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. She took the time to clearly explain all of my coverage options, ensuring I understood the details of my policy without feeling overwhelmed. Bernice was patient in answering my questions and made sure I felt confident in the decisions I was making. What truly stood out was her attention to detail and her commitment to finding the best coverage at a competitive rate. She worked quickly but never rushed the process, and her communication was clear and responsive throughout.

I don't usually leave reviews for auto insurance companies, in fact this is the very first! But truthfully I thought it necessary because the agent that helped me get my insurance policy through State Farm, "Kylee" is her name, she was more than helpful and did not try and push the policy on me like others I have dealt with no she was down to earth and respectful, she listed to everything I had to say and gave me a very decent price on a new policy. If you want good insurance and a helpful agent to speak to about it I recommend Kylee and State Farm.

Jill Clark is amazing to work with! From the moment I called to the very end of our phone call she was able to not only help me set up my insurance for my car, but also saved me money by recommending another policy not knowing that I needed to get a life insurance policy as well. Her recommendation helped me take care of two things off of my plate without having to search for another broker to cover for that all while saving me money.
