I’ve never failed to receive the help I needed when I would call the office. And it was always given in a kind tone of voice with what sounded like a smile and a good attitude. The customer service is just phenomenal. It’s hard enough to get a real person on the phone these days much less one who provides good customer service. Thank you, Rebecca and thanks Lee for years of excellent service. My price has gone up probably like everyone else’s has, And I decided to check around and see if I could do better on the price… Guess what? I could not! more places than not advised me to with State Farm. Thanks again for the good service and the fair price!

After 4 hours of click bait, texts and phone calls, I had regretted inquiring about an auto policy. Then another call; I was going to hang up, but Rachael sounded very sincere and pleasant. She took some information and we started chatting. She told me if she could find a better rate she would call back, otherwise she would send an email, and our business would be concluded. She called back just a few minutes later and was excited to tell me, she could give me the same coverage for 1/3 less than I was currently paying. She remained cheerful, professional and extremely polite through the process. She covered all the details of my new policy and made sure I had her contact information in case I needed anything more. This was a wonderful transaction that left me smiling the rest of the day. I

Would like to give 5 stars to Wain for helping me add a vehicle to my policy today. I had trouble reading the VIN on the dealer printout and he was extremely patient and professional while we worked through the issue. Customer service at its best!!

I recently experienced a vehicle “meltdown” on a busy highway, in the middle of the road with no where immediately to park on the side. Truck ended up being towed. I called State Farm and spoke to a very, pleasant and knowledgeable agent at Lee Hudson State Farm. Her name is Brianna and she knew exactly what I needed, answered all my questions and we were getting it done. I have spoken to several agents at this location and have been very pleased with them all!!

Rebecca who is my agent and one who has complete knowledge of the information needed to complete my purchase of my home owners insurance, was exceptional in her ability to deliver.
