If I could give 20 stars I would. I have not always had great experiences with start farm. But this location , AMAZING!!! Steven is the best thing since slice bread. He is very informative, talks to me as if we have known each other for years like family. And the main thing I love is he is upfront and honest. Let's me know what is good and breaks it all down so I understand. You usually run in to companies that are just trying to make a buck . But this location is great! No mater who I talk to they are all so nice. I talk up this location to anyone asking me about insurance. Mr.hurst great team , they deserve raises or a really nice dinner. 😊

I called the Laskin Rd office location to get a quote. The call was answered quickly and she was so polite and understanding and then I spoke with Steven....the best agent! I wasnt on hold and he heard me out! I was so stressed out about changing insurance companies but he made everything so easy! I asked him 100 questions lol but he was patient and answered all of them. He explained everything. At the end of the call he literally made my day and I love my new insurance company already! Thank you Steven for everything!!! Thank you State Farm!!!

Steve called me - we had previous conversations back in the day about insurance. We talked about my current insurance setup - sent him my info, he got me setup in the next 30 with brand new renters and auto, virtually same benefits, saving over 800 bucks a year. Easy experience, great guy.
