Im new to CT and have own several properties in Massachusetts and PG county- MD. In the process of buying a home in CT and got a reccommendation to call Waitte insurance for an insurance quote. Big mistake, as the agent who answered was rude and ignorant for no reason. She never identified herself nor the company and she was talking down to me as if I was disturbing her or bothering her in some way. As rude as she was Im sure it was not her first time as she lacked patience and proper phone manners. I wrote the MGR and she told him I refused to give her info and thats why it happened the way it did, which is so far from the truth. Under these times and cirvumstances it would be a benefit to small businesses to be professional at all times.

Highly recommend Waite insurance. I switched from another car insurance company that was continually raising my rates each year. Waite insurance saved me over $1000 per year and gives me great personal service.

Waitte's Insurance Agency provides a great service and will do everything they can to save you money. I highly recommend their service.

Their customer service was the worst ever , ended up having to call the actual insurance company to get anything accomplished , so whats the point of having them as an agent if i have to contact the company myself
