We left Allstate when premiums jumped. after a year, Ted Gasparino reached out with a much more reasonable deal. So far so good. Hopefully, the rates will not go up. The process of switching over was very easy and we are happy!

They do not tell the customers about certain discounts they are entitled to causing the customer to pay much more than they should be paying. So where does the extra money we are supposed to be saving as a customer go? I have a good idea where.😡

I have been a customer since 2015. I recently bundled my auto and renter’s insurance with my wife. But when it was bundled, the renters became unlinked from my account so I did not see that it was due. When I contacted my local agent, he said they had mistakenly unlinked it. I asked him if there were any late fees and if there were, if they could be waived, because if the renters had not been unlinked I would have seen I needed to pay it.He emailed me back saying there were no late fees. This was on June 9th But when I went to pay it, I discovered I was charged late fees and installment fees on June 11th. And when I asked if about it, he just said, there were fees and there was nothing he could do about it. And he never apologized for not keeping me informed, I was under the impression i
