Played telephone tag to secure an appointment. Went to office and stated my home and auto needs. More than 2 weeks have passed and I have NOT received a quote! No phone call/text/email! Happy I didn’t rely on this agency!

Multiple times I have contacted them with zero response-absolutely horrible customer service as of late. When I called, I still had no call back and when I talked to manager about no response for over two weeks I was told well they were in mandatory training for two weeks. So I guess if you happened to need anything for those weeks too bad, and they thought it was to just not respond. After all of that, I have needed help again and again-no response.

we have been with this agency for years but unfortunately the service and response has gone down hill. We recently had a car policy renewal and asked for a better quote. However, after multiple messages with the front office our agent never reach back to us and we ended up having to get our own insurance from another company. I don't understand the lack of caring from the agent to never reach back to us. I had to drive more than an hour to the actual office to cancel the policy in person and it was a great inconvenience and disappointment in this company. You have lost this customer forever.

So this place is the worst. My agent was Sage R. at the Norwich office. She is never available to answer her calls. She is either on another call or at "lunch", so they say. She was out for a few months, apparently. If she were a good professional, she would have emailed all her clients before her leave, so they would know who to contact, but no. I sent her an email in February, which is when I found out she wasn't "available", but that her email was being monitored, and someone else would reach out to me. I did not even bother calling the office because months later (June), no one had reached out. So, her email wasn't being monitored after all, which is further proof of her unprofessionalism.
