You never know how good your insurance company in until you file a claim. You never want to have to do that. I’ve had Va Farm Bureau for almost 30 years. I loved the price of my auto, home and umbrella policies. No one could ever match this. Fortunately I never had to file a claim until 3 years ago. I was involved in an auto accident and my car was totaled. It was traumatic but Va Farm Bureau’s service was excellent. They covered all of the details and gave me an excellent settlement on my older car.

I didn't have an agent for quite some time due to turnover at the agency. Also very unhappy that you had a data breach and failed to tell your customers involved until 16 months later. Totally inconsiderate! I had to freeze my credit reports due to the breach.
