Veterans United Insurance

They will rip you off, find your own Quotes! I originally found my own quote through Liberty Mutual for $235 and decided to give them a try since it was recommended on my "to-do" list on the Veterans United portal. They also gave me a quote from Liberty Mutual that was somehow over $100 more a month with less coverage and higher deductibles. Needless to say, I went with the quote I got myself.

Very professional, takes the time to go through everything and explains everything very well. Makes sure that you have the best and most affordable insurance that fits your individual insurance needs. They also have agents constantly looking for better deals and will contact you to inform you that there is a cheaper route... Definitely recommend 👌

We decided to go with another company because they gave us better rates, but MUI had the second best rates we found, very good customer service, and they were quick to answer any questions. We will definitely reconsider them in the future.

Completely incompetent and negligent company! I purchased a new home under construction and Military United did not conduct an interior inspection (this was their own requirement) which later resulted in my homeowners policy lapsing! My husbAnd and I were never informed our home was uninsured. We only found out 3 months after the cancellation when we attempted to make a policy change. I am sickened by the way this company treats veterans. I spoke with a manager by the name of Mindy and no apology or action was taken.

Always helpful and never on hold for long. Switched to another company due to finding better rates, but would definitely go back to them in the future if I need to compare rates again
