We have our home policy with Matt and he has always been friendly yet professional. He genuinely cares for his clients and ensures they understand their documents and is always available to help. I highly recommend him.

I did feel like Matt was a great rep when I started with him many years ago. However, each time our premium was due for a renewal, it would go up almost $20. We started with the same coverage at $190 for 2 full-coverage cars and renters insurance and after a year it was up to $288. I called and asked why it was increased the first time it jumped $30 more and he told me everyone's premiums were going up. We asked for windshield rplcmt coverage to be added, it was added since our premium went up but when it came time to replace, we had a full deducible to pay and was told "it was never added" since the docs were not returned.....but they absolutely were with proof on our end that they were signed, returned and paid.
