One of the best insurance companies I have been with. Not just because its State Farm. Because of the high level of customer service that you get at a personal level. When you call their office you get to talk with one of the Nice Ladies who awnser the phone and they are always Awesome.

I met this man by one of his family members. Great Customer service from all the office staff.We recently had moved from Illinois and had changed our insurance, didn't get the price or the service that We received from Lloyd and his staff.We quickly switched back to State Farm and Lloyd's business.

Always greeted with a smile. Absolutely adore the secretaries especially Elizabeth. Elizabeth went out of her way to help me when we were hit by a drunk driver and our vehicle was totaled. She made things easier for us 😇

If i could give less stars I would... About 2 month ago I was given a better quote for rental and auto insurance from this location than my previous provider. The first month passed and I paid my monthly bill with no problems but within the second month I received a email saying that I was quoted the wrong rate and that my next payment would be more than my previous provider. Well hell, I could of just stayed with my previous provider.. After the phone conversation less than a week later I was drop....Thanks State Farm

Lloyd and his staff are so kind, and always there to help me in any way! Thier service is excellent! I know I will always be taken care of, and trust them to take care of all my insurance needs. Thank you for all you do!
