I’ve used Kasmann Insurance Agency for many, many years and I’m very thankful for the amazing service I always get from them. They are always so nice and they make sure my insurance needs are met by keeping me properly protected with the correct insurance policies. They are awesome!!

Called Monday for commercial auto and liability insurance quotes, explained I needed them by the next day so I could pull the trigger as we were picking up a new commercial vehicle, was assured that could happen. When I called that next morning to check on progress, I was told the commercial agent was in a meeting all day and the rep didn't even know if she even had quotes for me yet. Huge waste of my time and puts me in a bind when they fail to deliver as promised. Businesses can't operate this way. At least I know now so I can take my business elsewhere!

They have their client's best interests in mind and have helped me save lots of money over the years by finding me the best insurance options for my situation.
