She made everything easy to understand and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I transferred to this agent after my previous agent retired. I called the office several times but was unable to reach anyone, so I left a voicemail asking whether cancellation was an option or if I needed to wait until my 6-month policy term was over. I also inquired about the process of canceling my State Farm insurance, as my rate kept increasing and I had been offered a Liberty Mutual policy for $70 less per month. About 3–4 days later, I received a text message stating that my policy had been canceled. I never spoke to anyone directly, and this left me uninsured for several days. Unfortunately, during that exact time, I drove my car out of town for the first time in about six months. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely abhorrent service, less than professional, and dishonest/misleading staff. A complete and total nightmare. Very proficient in ignoring their clients and allowing their lives to be devastated! Would absolutely NEVER recommend them.

Just want to start off by saying the service I received from the day I got a quote to the purchase of my insurance policy was truly awesome. Conner truly made sure whatever I needed was handled and any questions I had were answered in depth. Went above and beyond to see if I needed anything else. Reassured me that they are available anytime I need. I was beyond pleased with pricing and my coverages.
