Vern Insurance Group

I called Vern Insurance Group for a quote on homeowners and windstorm insurance. They were able to provide with an emailed quote within a few hours. The price was better than what I was already paying AND they were able to combine both into one policy. The staff has been friendly and helpful everytime I've called.

Do not deal with Vern insurance group. Mrs. Vern and her son, Michele are unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful, ignorant and rude. We had our company insurance policies with Vern insurance group for many years. When we decided to change our insurance company, Verns became hostile and refused to cooperate. They denied owing us credit on our account, but wouldn’t send us the cancellation and refund information to justify. For months, we attempted to contact them a number of times by phone and sent numerous emails, but also with no response. We had to personally go to their office to try and request the policy cancellation facts, but was still unsuccessful and was refused the details looking for. After 6 months we received a partial refund check, with no explanation. We never received th

Mike Vern Sr is professional & knowledgeable; try to work with him only at this agency. Remainder agency employees are generally clueless, unresponsive & unfocused. Mike's a 5, rest are 1 = average is 3 stars.
