Jeremy Hooter - State Farm Insurance Agent

Wow, they go over and beyond. First of all, even with 2 teen drivers, we got a better rate here than many other places. I’m a bargain shopper and couldn’t believe that State Farm was the best bang for our buck. Second: their customer service is absolutely top notch. We had to get a title bond, and they met us after hours, not once but twice to help us with it. My husband works out of town so he isn’t always available in normal business hours. But, on top of that, Jeremy came to us at a restaurant we were at to assist us, even after he was dealing with an ill family member in the hospital. We are blown away by their service. Absolutely blown away. I will enthusiastically recommend them to everyone I know.

Jenna Williams, the Office Manager is the worst customer service affiliate that the Jeremy Hooter has. She was extremely rude, overtalked me, and proceeded to tell me that I was not telling the truth. She placed me on hold and left me there. When I called back ....4 times, she refused to answer the phone. When I called a 5th time, Sarah Renovato answered the phone and was able to help me and I had zero complaints for remainder of my interaction. I called to request a proof of insurance from a previous policy I had with Jeremy Hooter. I had spoken with the agency and with corporate multiple times. My coverage with Jeremy Hooter was amazing. No issues with the insurance. But Jenna and her lack of customer service and managerial oversight put a stain on that experience. I would advise Jerem
