When I first contacted this company to assist with a bond they were timely professional and helpful. However, once they received their money they were unprofessional, lacked communication, and overall rude. When you call they don't know anything and due to their incompetence, they speak to you very rudely. Wish I had trusted another company to work with for my loved ones benefit! They for sure need a better representative to answer the phone, because she lacks customer service skills.
