Carlee Micae Pace, was very thorough and good follow thru 9on the process. Knowledgeable about n process and fluent on different options for policy plans. She was very good on explaining and what fits best in my policy options. Her performance in the whole process was excellent. She is a good addition to state farm and should be long term staff member. I would give 5 star review.

When it comes to insurance policies and questions, I normally get anxiety. I had the pleasure of working with Carlee Pace who made me feel very comfortable answered all my questions just made me feel like I was talking to a human and wasn’t really trying to throw a wild numbers at me or make a cell. I really appreciate her and everything she’s done for me and my family and I suggest if anyone has any questions or need any insurance taken care of please reach out to Carlee Pace she did an amazing job.

Sean from the Pearland office was outstanding. He was very patient and helped me understand what coverages I had and completely broke the premiums down where I could understand exactly what I'd paying for. I would also like to add that I feel like I got a really good deal on the coverages I chose. I must say, now that it's all said and done, I definitely made a good choice going with this agency. Again, I want to specifically recognize Sean as I don't know that I would have even chose State Farm but he was a great salesman and that kind of superstar service goes along way.

She also followed up with answers and good recommendations this week on the questions we had about our current liability insurance policies that required input from the corporate office as she promised.
