Just wanted to share how awesome Hunter Parks is with Valor! We have known Hunter for a long time. His Dad recommended his services a couple years ago. I reached out to him after my husband and I retired. Looking for ways to cut any extra expenses now that we are on fixed incomes. Hunter did an awesome job in saving us $1,800 for our car insurance. I was always told longevity with an insurance carrier helped with keeping our insurance premiums lower. That was not so true. After our agent retired and sold his business, our car insurance was sky rocketing. No accidents, safe driving and multi policy discounts did not help us at all. Two retired people with two cars.. He was phenomenal in helping us save when we truly needed it! We are currently switching our homeowners insurance with him! Hi

Lied to me about my policy. Asked them to take a car off and me off the policy and never refunded me I never agreed to have a 6k policy when me being added was supposed to be 1,900 then they randomly started saying they couldn’t refund me . Spoke with progressive got no where they kept saying I would get a refund and never did so I am taking valor and progressive to small claims for this matter. I would not recommend this company for any insurance. I’m owed 1900 and 2,500 for taking my self off and the one car. Edit - got my money back by calling my bank. It’s pretty sad of how companies are, but I’m glad banks will see the difference in my bank. Finally refunded me the money and sided with me after I showed them. Valor/progressive tried to send a debt collector as well after me I showed

I highly recommend this place! They certainly offer the best prices and customer service. Agent Liuba P. does an outstanding job — always available by phone, even on holidays. I switched my leased cars on December 31, and she efficiently transferred my insurance the very same day. Amazing service — thank you!
