Quick quotes were provided via email for both auto, homeowners, and umbrella policies. Rate were very competitive and lower than my previous premiums. Michelle and her office staff are always very helpful. Michelle conducts a comprehensive review of policies and coverages with you, her client, on a regular basis. I've found this to be a valuable exercise.

I recently visited Michelle's office for updating my policies. From the time I walked in ,I was greeted by her very friendly and beautiful receptionist/co-worker who welcomed me to the office and chatted small talk till Michelle was finished with another client. My visit with Michelle is always warm and friendly. She treats you like part of her family. She explained thoroughly all my policies and options in simple terms that make it easy to understand. Always a wonderful experience working with Michele. She is knowledgeable, patient and very thorough. Even if she doesn’t know the answer she will investigate and get an answer as quickly as possible. Michele is very honest and upfront about what is covered in the policy and what is not - I don’t have to worry about guessing or figure it out by reading through mountains of paperwork. Michele is not pushy either - she won’t force or push you to sign up for a policy if you don’t want to. Plus she will from time to time review your policy with you to inform you of any policy changes or if you would like to make changes.
