If I could give Cooke Insurance Agency over five stars, I would! Dina and Sue deserve specific mention in my review because they went above and beyond to assist me with an absolutely ridiculous BS situation involving a rental car through a local Enterprise office! They are truly amazing, and I will never be able to thank them enough for how they helped me!

Horrible experience! I was involved in a motor vehicle accident at no fault of my own, earlier this month. After calling the call center and the corporate office for a week and being hung up on or told that the system outage was out of their control and I just had to be patient while being without a vehicle. I was finally able to speak with a claim adjuster one whole week after the accident. My claim adjuster was Aaron Westward. Aaron was rude, made suggestive comments, and did not have any compassion for this situation that I did not cause. I would not recommend Erie Insurance to my worse enemy!

Amazing and personable old fashioned customer service, at an office that you can walk into and be treated like a customer of value, and not a number! The best insurance agency for home and auto I’ve ever dealt with!! No joke! No BS, No sugar coating! Thank you Cooke Erie insurance team! 👍🏼

I have been going here for many years, and have been in there many times to make changes and ask questions. They have always been extremely helpful, through many different circumstances with my family. All people working there go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to anyone !

We didn't go with them (nothing to do with price), but they got back to me very quickly on a Friday afternoon and then a quote on Monday.
