I was convinced by a gentleman named Jason to join his company that he works with has he reached out to me trying to upsell his company I gave them a shot. Being with this company has been the worst experience I’ve had with the insurance company they lack professionalism they do not know how to pick up a phone call as I’ve told her many times that I would preferred a physical phone call rather than email. They clearly did not listen to the needs I had in regards to the type of coverage I needed as I got into a vehicle accident that should have been under my liability for snow removal they declined To cover it although the accident was 100% my fault. Spoke with Stephanie Moynihan who was most helpful. She was able to find me companies with much lower premiums for the same or better coverage than I already had. She was extremely pleasant and returned my phone calls in a timely manner
