The fact they speak Portuguese, Spanish and English is very helpful. The fact that they offer COMMERCIAL and PERSONAL car insurance is also helpful. Regarding the calls, I call them once a month and most of the time, I call in THE MORNING and they pick up, when they don't pick up, I call back the next day. It's 2018, buy yourself a camera and add it to your dashboard and you won't have any issue with proofing who's right or wrong.

Super expensive, service is poor, I canceled my insurance with them and, after 4 months I got a letter from the insurance threatening me to affect my credit score for non payments, even after canceled, one of the girls working there is so rude, she's going to talk to you like you're someone from her family, completely unprofessional

DOESN'T SEEM LIKE A BUSINESS AT ALL ! They Dont answer the phone, i called for two days in a row, and when they answer they dont know what they are doing ! I left two voice messages, never got an answer !
