Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

Cheap premiums, zero protection. Hit-and-run with a full police report, and they still refused to pay, claiming they couldn’t determine fault. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this company.

If I was thinking Geico was horrible insurance company this one is the worst of the worst,they only care of charge to their clients and still charging for insurance of a car didnt had and also the rental policy is a totally a joke,how can someone made a purchase and 3 days and expect to return the rental in 3 days,and the my agent didn’t even care if I can go to my appointments due to an accident wasnt my fault,worse worse decision move to this company,highly no recommended

After I'm crazy, I crashed my car and fled. Progressive Insurance took my car from my house and took it to a shop they chose. My car took three months to be repaired, and I had to pay for a rental car for all that time. I spent three thousand dollars, and the insurance company wants to reimburse me four hundred dollars. My car was returned to me after the shop they chose did a terrible job on it. This insurance company doesn't care about its customers running away from it because it is terrible. My car was returned to me with several faults and lights on. They returned it with several scratches on the interior parts, all dirty, several items with poor assembly, parts painted in different colors than the color of the car, they painted a wheel without my authorization.

I have an $800 pending charge because somehow my documents weren’t received until they were past due date and could charge me for them. Avoid Progressive at all costs. I only signed up with them because I needed insurance quickly to drive my car off the lot, and they were the most convenient option at the time. That decision turned into a complete nightmare. I started my policy in January and submitted all the required documents, including a driver exclusion form that needed to be signed by my household members. Despite sending it via email as instructed, Progressive later claimed they never received it. Instead of notifying me properly, they tacked on a massive charge of over $1,000 to my bill. Unfortunately, I am not having a good experience with Progressive because since last year I have been cheated by this company, where they added a person to my policy without my permission, simply because the person lives at the same address as me, and because of this they made several undue charges on my bank account. I had a lot of work to remove this person from my policy, so some time went by “without problems”, but now, again, they are unduly withdrawing almost $500 from my account, even though my insurance is $208.00! I am very sad.
