I've been using UIA over a decade! Owner Marlena is lovely, she & staff relocated to a 🏡 (albeit only yards away) & love it after decades long run @ old location. Yoly & agents are ALWAYS friendly & you get a quote within 2 min whether on phone or in person! I keep it liability 💯. Truly no hidden fees besides from the company you choose (beware of paper mailing$, use autopay to ease worry). NO BS JUST INSURANCE!
I have never had an insurance agency that is so helpful. I have an SR 22 and anytime I would be canceled they would reinstate me right then and there. They are very kind and patient, and will also call me if I do miss a payment. I love this insurance agency and they are always going to find you the cheapest rate.
