I’ve been with this company for 10+ years, Nationwide tried to increase my payment even though I’ve had ZERO tickets or accidents! So I switched to travelers cause they told me it would be cheaper, was quoted a price and when I received my bill it was more than the quoted price. When I called they said they don’t remember the conversation from last month. What a game ! I should’ve called around and got other quotes!
The employees are extremely kind and helpful. If I ever have an issue I get helped immediately.
A great agent, helpful and responsive! The agency is knowledgeable and extremely willing to offer great solutions to insurance issues. Terrific!
