The agents were kind, knowledgeable, and patient as they went above and beyond to ensure that I had the coverage I needed. They have my back, so that gives me peace of mind. Amazing work!

I told them to pay my bill of from my credit cart since I moved somewhere else they didn't pay it of. So later I got collection agency which I didn't even know what it is. Called them and progressive to make sure what is going on. They both got my number to call me back but nobody called. From now on I will record all my call when I talk with the agencies. I think he just got my number for fun because they both never called me.!!! I won't work with this agency as well as progressive.
