avoid at all costs. I filed my taxes for years on my own. This year I decided to pay an accountant since now I am married and my taxes are more complicated. This was a huge mistake to go with Enrique form Universal. it is 2019 now and I had to pay another accountant to fix what he did with our federal taxes back in 2016 and now I just received a letter from NJ saying that we never filed our state taxes for that year. This man sounds like a drunk every time you call him and never calls back to explain what happened. I will be reporting him and his practice to the proper authorities.

Very unprofessional, avoids claims process, said will be assigned to an adjustor , never happened after 3 weeks , their client caused severe property damage, and they disappeared, had to hire an attorney to go after them. Then they said, was excluded, with no proof, stay away !

Universalfinancials customer care team is highly unprofessional. They makes false promises. Can never trust them.

The worst, I don't recommend doing business with this people. They are not helpful or professional, you call and ask to speak to enrique and he is never there, always sick or avoiding phone calls. 🤔 My worst experience.
