I filed my taxes with them during Covid19 on April 15th 2020 for $200 because where I usually go to, the place was closed and I needed to file the taxes by the deadline of IRS without knowing they had extended its deadline. We are in January 2021 and so far the IRS has not processed my taxes. They failed to asked me for a 1095 A form which I didn’t know I had to bring with me. However, it was the tax preparer ‘s duty to know his job like the lady at the IRS said. I sent the form back on July 27th, but with the Covid19, their office is not reviewing mails yet. Unfortunately, I won’t recommend this place to anyone at all! I will have to go somewhere else to fix what they messed up by amending my taxes! 9 months is too long to be waiting for this nonsense that could have been avoided if they
