Her phone etiquette was great and many can learn from her. Yesenia makes calling your office an easy going and stress free experience, her willingness to listen and help is second to none. As a US AirForce veteran I really appreciated the treatment, then I was transferred to Luciana. Luciana was a true professional and was able to easily walk me through all the options of car and home insurance. A truly pleasurable experience and she was able to get me into some great insurance. Great office with great staff. I had a billing issue, and sure enough when I called the office I was treated with kindness and respect —I spoke to agent Luciana Sousa and she resolved my issue , and gave alternatives to how to avoid future problems.
