The best place for your insurance and account

I been coming for a few years to have my Tax done. The quality of professionalism decline. Rui is a very nice man but when he takes clients in, he fails to have the papers finish on the date he promised the client. I gave him Feb. my documents , Rui every week tells me to be patience and come back next week....I called and begged, I wasted gasoline coming to his office. He gave me an extension without my authority and now is May and he hasn't touch my papers yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He says "YES" very sweet to everybody and he does not commit to tell you the truth. When I was sitting inside of his office waiting, the receptionists keeps turning people back telling clients to please come back again tomorrow.....people are frustrated of coming back multiple times.

Came to Atlantis for home owners insurance and recieved excellent customer service especially from Nicholas Ferreira. He showed true professionalism and was very knowledgeable in answering every question i had he also worked vigorously to make sure i got the best deal possible
