Unitedhealth Group Services: Mike Lee

I have had United Healthcare since January 2025. I am diabetic and needed my Ozempic prescription filled. I was told I had to wait until February. I tried to fill it I February and they denied my claim because they determined I wanted it for weight loss. I think that if a Dr.prescribed medication they should pay their part regardless . VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I will be speaking with our HR department about changing insurers due to the MASSIVE amount of claim denials that have come to light with the demise of your CEO. Maybe don't get a new one and with the money you save from the useless position, you can easily cover claims now.

Could not find a United Healthcare insurance agency to serve me during a difficult time.
