The assistance was very quick and handled over the phone. It was my first time needing the type of insurance product I needed and within an hour it was issued.

Ken went above and beyond to analyze business insurance coverage I currently have, and explain the differences between my policy and what he offered. He did not pressure in the slightest, and was very honest and transparent. In the end, I decided to switch to him---because the product was better, but also because he treated me with respect and had great communication---two things that matter a lot to me!

We selected Viall Agency several years ago after our previous agency dropped the insurance company we previously used. We have been well satisfied with the agency, especially Joanna, who has always handled our queries and concerns expeditiously.

I really like Viall insurance. Joanna was very good about calling me if I missed a payment or explaining things to me. Rick was kind and did some good research about health insurance. I truly appreciate the work and questions they answered. Being a roofer I often recommend them to homeowners that are looking to switch insurance companies!
