Farmers Insurance - Timothy Monihan

I’ve used Tim and his agency for auto, homeowners, landlord, renters, personal property insurance…you name it. It’s a great experience every time. In an industry that is losing its personal touch, it’s refreshing to have an agent who knows my family and cares about our specific needs. Rates are also very fair and competitive. Strongly recommended.

Tim has professionally been a great communicator and extremely quick to respond with detailed answers. He’s very knowledgeable about the products. I don’t normally do reviews but felt Tim deserved one. Being a former realtor I have had great relationships with insurance agents. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with one about 11 years ago and one about a year ago. He has spent an absorbent amount of time helping me with many insurance matters. I said I would never trust or believe in another agent. He has worked hard and has succeeded in building my trust back. He’s truly a polite professional gentleman.

Tim was our agent for 6 years and I couldn't recommend him more highly. He always made sure we were getting the best rate and getting the right amount of coverage, never pushy or upselling. Spend 5 minutes with him and you'll understand why he has all the 5 star reviews. The only reason we had to cancel our coverage is because we moved out of state and Tim even helped us find a great agent in the state we moved to!

Tim Monihan is the best agent I have ever had and I have had several in my 63 years. He is courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. He took the time to search many options for my home and auto insurance in order to make sure he got me the best rates available. He saved me several hundred dollars over my previous policy. It's been three years since I wrote this review and things have not changed. Tim and his staff are still the best insurance agents I have ever had. The service is excellent. They are friendly and always so helpful. I trust them will all of my insurance needs.

I've been a customer of Tim’s for about 8 years and have always been pleased with the price and service I've gotten. Tim and his staff have always gotten me what I needed, when I needed it, and it was always service with a smile. Recently, however, I REALLY got to experience their service as I had a plumbing issue that caused damage in our home, and while those repairs were going on, my wife was involved in an auto accident and our vehicle was totalled. Thankfully Tim and his staff did a great job of both handling our home claim AND helping us with the process of getting a rental vehicle and working with the at-fault driver's insurance company to get our vehicle replaced.
