Tarcia and her staff have been very kind and courteous in my interactions with them. But results have been sub par. I asked Tarcia to have a family member removed from my car insurance on October 24th. She dropped the ball on that and when I spoke with one of her staff, the process had to be initiated again around November 13th, when I was told it would need to go through underwriting and would take a couple of days. A couple of days later they did have my new home insurance ready so I paid for it, but was told it would take another couple of days to remove the family person from our auto insurance. Then today, November 20th, I was just told that underwriting still had it and wouldn’t be finished with it until sometime between November 27th and December 2nd (the renewal date for my poli

My banking account was compromised. I called once and the changes did not remove the compromised account. I spoke with Rhonda this morning and all things with the old account we removed and verified. Thank you for your help.
