Absolutely horrible company to deal with customer service sucks I have yet to deal with a representative that speaks clear English they just keep transferring me to a different department and I go in circles and get nowhere currently losing 565 dollars now they want me to tell them what receipt they need to turn my hsa card back on unbelievable
You’re better off keeping your money and not having insurance at all.
Why does your page not tell us your hours?
My employer picked UHC from UHG. I’m consistently rejected from 3 out of every five medical offices simply due to their policy towards United. It’s that bad.
Giving yall one star is even too much ! No compassion whatsoever when it comes to humanity
